To Market, To Market- day 12

We entered the city later today, having enjoyed a morning of calm. . .

After lunch at Blue Moon Burgers, we arrived in Ballard and a parking spot opened up right by Miro Tea. . .

Gluten free crepes? Thanks to French Couch Surfer yesterday, we can make those too! The recipe as he wrote it. . .

Anyway, we enjoyed three "tea infusions": London Rose (earl grey, rosemary, and lemon), Hemingway (rooibos, mint, strawberry, and grapefruit), and Strawberry Supernova (green tea, strawberry, and passionfruit- our favorite). . .

Next, we met my dad's cousin and his math-savvy friend at the local market. . .

Mustached Banjo player sang La Vie En Rose. . .

Scandinavian culture flew high. . .

Pigeons strutted. . .

After saying a final goodbye to my dad's cousin, we headed back to our hotel, stopping to grab smoothies at Jamba Juice and popcorn at Safeway (after all, smoothies and popcorn is our favorite Sunday night meal :). . .

And, having been to Pikes Place Market yesterday, I have the nursery rhyme To Market, To Market running through my head. The similarities stop there, however. No fat pigs bought by us! Blessings~ Megan
